  • There are two main ways to register:

    1) You can register online with a credit card by clicking here.

    2) Print out a registration form, which you can find by clicking HERE. Then send your completed registration form and at least half of the camp tuition to:

    SCCA Registrar
    23153 State Hwy H
    Kirksville, MO 53501

If you register by the Early Bird Deadline, Monday, May 15th, 2023, your camper’s T-shirt will be FREE at Check-in. If you register after the early bird deadline, you can purchase a T-shirt separately for $15.

The ENTIRE BALANCE of the tuition must be paid before your camper can attend camp.

Most churches have different methods of registering their campers. Please check with your church leadership if you have any questions regarding the registration process. If you have questions about registration, or are having problems registering, please contact our SCCA Camp Registrar: sccacamp@gmail.com

  • A camper is eligible for a tuition refund minus $25 if registration is rescinded before seven days of their camp’s opening day. No refunds will be given within seven days of their camp’s opening day.

A camper’s tuition can also be transferred to another camper for that same session of camp from the same church before seven days their camp’s opening day.

  • The cost of tuition covers essentials like meals and a safe place to stay plus extras like our on-site pool and lifeguard.

Campers will participate in a variety of fun activities that bring them closer to their peers and God including Bible studies, team building, group games, and campfires.

We assemble to worship Jesus daily at “chapel services” where we hear from guest speakers and learn a missionary worldview.

Our Christian staff are committed to providing an environment that promotes Biblical values for your camper.

Campers are encouraged to bring along additional money for an offering for the Camp Missionary, snacks at the Canteen, or an extra T-shirt.

  • CHECK-IN:

All campers must check in upon their arrival at camp with the Camp Registrar located in the upstairs of the Retreat Center.

CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND CAMP IF THEIR TUITION IS NOT PAID IN FULL.

Camper check-in will be available from 3-5pm on the first day of all camps except Day Camp and Overnight Camp. Day camp check-in is at 9am. Overnight Camp check-in is at 3pm.

Please be respectful of our camp staff and do not arrive earlier than the registration time for your camp session.

At check-in, each Camper should purchase a “CANTEEN CARD.” The Camper can load money onto the card to be spent at canteen or for the missionary. Remaining balances can be donated to the missionary as well. Campers frequently misplace cash, and this gives everyone peace of mind about the Camper’s money. If you have further questions don’t hesitate to ask at check-in.

    CHECK-OUT:

All campers will need to be picked up within one hour of the closing of their camp.

Camps will conclude at 10am on the last day except Day Camp and Overnight Camp which conclude at 3pm.

No one will be dismissed before the closing time of the camp without prior approval from the Dean.

To ensure the safety of our campers, we will be checking out all campers on the last day of camp. When you check in your camper on the opening day of camp, you will be asked who has permission to pick up your camper at the end of the week of camp. We will then be able to ensure your camper is leaving with the correct party. Thank you for assisting us with this procedure to protect our campers.
